Massage Therapy is a therapeutic treatment used to decrease pain and tension, increase range-of-motion, encourage relaxation and de-stress. Each massage treatment is based on the individual needs, whether it be relaxation, deep tissue, aiding in an injury or chronic pain.
We offer cupping, Prenatal massage, Raindrop Therapy (massage with essential oils) and so much more.
60 Minute: $105 + GST
90 Minute: $150 + GST
Acupuncture + Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture is an ancient healing method that uses the insertion of a needle into specific acupuncture points to help the body regulate and return to homeostasis.
Acupuncture helps the body move from fight or flight to a state of calm and relaxation by regulating the nervous system.
Acupuncture can be used for back pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fertility, pre/post natal care, labour preparation, headaches, menopause, autoimmune conditions.
Acupuncture is for everybody, everywhere for everything. I would love to show the world how gentle and soothing acupuncture can be. It is a deeply relaxing form of healing and can be used to heal the body for a wide variety of ailments. While I love treating and helping all people, I hold a dear place for fertility treatments and pre/post natal care. Focusing on getting pregnant, having a healthy pregnancy and having an empowered labour and delivery is near and dear to my heart.
Dr. Cecile also offers herbal treatment and fire cupping.
